Someone who doesn’t just manage a hotel, but orchestrates a sensory experience. Someone who can lead a team of Q-rators, spice up the guest journey, and keep the quirky-factor high (but never try-hard).

The 241 room Quincy Melbourne is a stunning 29 storey premium hotel with insta-worthy guest rooms, pool and gym areas however food and beverage will be at the heart of Quincy.  Salted Egg is the hotel’s fun and approachable Southeast Asian-inspired restaurant and our knowledgeable team who will personally pair your Asian inspired cocktail with your favourite dish and give you insider tips on the coolest spots to hang out and experience Melbourne. The jewel of the building is The Q a, slick rooftop cocktail bar and lounge on level 28.

• A hospitality maverick with a proven track record in hotel leadership.
• You’ve got a sixth sense for service — anticipating needs before guests even know they have them.
• You’re a people whisperer — inspiring teams, delighting guests, and building a culture that’s as vibrant as our colour-blocked rooms.
• You’re not afraid to break the mould — you embrace the unexpected and thrive in the unconventional.
• You understand that quirky isn’t weird — it’s thoughtful, intentional, and always guest-focused.
• In depth knowledge of both premium and lifestyle hotel operations.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, with a proven track record in revenue
• Proven experience in operations leadership within the hospitality, restaurant, or premium F&B space.
• A natural leader with a hands-on style, strong commercial instincts, and a passion for building great teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the charge in delivering colourful, curious, and culturally rich stays.
• Curate a team of Q-rators who surprise, delight, and never settle for ordinary.
• Be the face, heart, and soul of Quincy Melbourne.
• Have your finger on the pulse with solid knowledge of the Melbourne food scene
• Fostering trusted and productive relationships with owners and key stakeholders.
• Full Australian working rights
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of market trends and introducing new F&B experiences in Salted Egg and Q.
• Ensuring compliance, risk management, and workplace culture across the hotel.
