Who we’re looking for
  
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Strata Support Consultant located at our Southport office. This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. We work as one team to deliver value to our customers and we love converting challenges into opportunities. We pride ourselves on having fun while working hard to be the best in the industry and some of this team’s magic can be found in their warm and friendly approach.

  
What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Document Management: Utilise document management systems to find and retrieve all necessary documents efficiently; Ensure timely and accurate uploading of information into systems.
  • Communicate with Key Stakeholders: Effectively communicate with internal team members and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Report Information Gaps: Identify and report any missing information to relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Quality Control and Collaboration: Verify the accuracy of uploaded information and collaborate with team members to gather necessary data. Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices and legislative changes.


About you:

  • Ideally, you have at least two years of experience in a data administration-related role.
  • You have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Cert III level education is preferred but not required.
  • You’re known for your exceptional data entry and document administration skills.
  • You’re a natural communicator and always ensure that stakeholders are informed.
  • You tend to identify problems quickly, understand the customer service workflow, and focus on solutions.
  • You make effective use of multiple technology systems and software. (Contact centre software, CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
