About the role:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail orientated Senior Creditors Administrator with the ability to multitask to join our fast-paced National Creditors team in Sydney. This role is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the National Manager - Creditors, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative/accounts payable related services to our team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Expertly performing general Accounts Payable tasks such as invoice validation, payment upload etc.
- Provide guidance and resolution for creditor enquiries while showcasing your commitment to excellence.
- Assistance with payment reconciliation activities
- Involved in various process optimisation initiatives and documentation.
- Assistance to the team on queries related to issues such as invoice processing & compliance.
- Assistance to National Manager with ad hoc duties
About You:
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar all-rounder role specialising in Accounts Payable. Ideally you will have had some Strata/property experience, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest!
- You have a great level of understanding on workflow management, expense coding & invoice compliance requirements.
- You’re known for outstanding client service. With great attention to detail and genuine interest to provide the best customer service, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving and payment reconciliation skills.
- You have the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.
