Purpose

As an ALLRes Connect Consultant, based at the Accor Gold Coast Corporate Office, you assume a pivotal role within our ALLRes and Guest Experience Team. Your primary responsibility is serving as the critical liaison between our guests, the on-site teams at various properties in Australia and New Zealand, and our expansive ALLRes team. Your unique talent lies in investigation and problem solving, and you are dedicated to ensuring a seamless guest experience, starting from very first contact.

Primary Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our guests, managing reservation and guest-related queries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Providing guests with accurate information in a warm and calming manner
• Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration
• Conquer challenges alongside guests, transforming dilemmas into success stories through creative solutions

Skills and Experience

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Customer service-oriented with exceptional communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, reservation and property management systems is a plus
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
