Purpose

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our Talent & Culture (T&C) and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) teams. In this varied role, you’ll help deliver smooth and efficient service by managing inboxes, assisting with key projects when required, and taking care of important admin and reporting tasks. You’ll also play a vital role in keeping our people systems up to date, supporting compliance, and helping bring our team initiatives to life—from staff milestones to WHS communications. This is a fixed-term role until March 2026 with potential for extension.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the T&C and WHS teams, including inbox management
  • Maintain and update employee data, training records, and key internal systems
  • Run reports and distribute communications such as surveys, certificates, and milestone emails
  • Monitor compliance platforms and escalate potential issues to management
  • Support WHS processes by managing incident records, accounts, and reporting through relevant systems
  • Assist with creative communications and collateral for WHS and employee engagement initiatives

 

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Talent & Culture and/or Workplace Health and Safety
  • Proficiency with Talent & Culture and Workplace Health and Safety business systems, plus medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities across all levels
  • Ability to think strategically with good planning and adaptability to change
  • Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and alignment with company values and culture
