Marketing Manager

Job Purpose
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and deliver innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies for Accor Apartments & Realty. Based on either the Gold Coast or Sydney, this role is central to driving brand awareness, digital performance, and customer engagement across a portfolio of well-known apartment brands known as – Peppers, Art Series Hotels, Pullman, Mantra, The Sebel, Handwritten Collection and BreakFree.
You’ll take ownership of campaign development across paid media, social media, CRM, and websites, while also managing content creation, brand storytelling, and hotel photoshoots. You’ll work closely with the Director of Hotel Marketing and Loyalty Performance, regional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to bring campaigns to life, lead strategic partnerships, and ensure our digital presence is optimised across key platforms.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll also lead a small, passionate team and contribute to shaping the future of our marketing strategy, all while staying ahead of industry trends.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, including all digital and social platforms, paid media channels, promotions, leveraging owned opportunities via sales, PR, Loyalty, sponsorships.
- Maintain and enhance Accor Apartment and Realty brands’ image and identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Leverage Loyalty Levers including ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus to increase visibility and performance of properties
- Develop engaging and relevant content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, marketing collateral, etc.
- Develop and analyse CRM campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimisation, enhance audience engagement, and support direct booking and loyalty objectives through targeted, data-driven initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of hotel photoshoots, including styling, coordination with hotel teams, travel, on-boarding of Accor-approved photographers, and distribution of final imagery across key channels.
- Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of the marketing collateral system, support properties in the creation of marketing collateral and distribution process where appropriate.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute advertising and promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
- Work closely with regional teams and the Director of Hotel Marketing to identify, develop, and/or amplify strategic marketing partnerships with tourism boards, media outlets, and event partners to enhance brand visibility and deliver collaborative campaigns that support commercial objectives.
- Regularly review the content performance scores of digital listings and develop strategic briefs to enhance performance and ensure alignment with brand and platform standards.
- Support the management of the shared inboxes with the Marketing Executive and Marketing Coordinator.
- Source, manage and negotiate multiple suppliers as required.
- Work with agencies to develop effective creative concepts and assets for all campaigns adhering to brand guidelines.
- Provide regular campaign reporting across multiple channels and track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and tools to continuously improve Accor Apartment and Realty’s marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Executive, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Undertake other marketing, loyalty initiatives or projects as directed by Director of Commercial Shared Services or Director of Hotel Marketing & Loyalty.
Knowledge and Experience
- Qualification in business related discipline (marketing desirable).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant brand and or marketing experience, preferably from the hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing software and tools.
- Experience working with Adobe Suite, Canva and other graphic design programs.
