About the role

The Property & Procurement Specialist supports the property and procurement team through completing data analysis, developing interactive reports and leading improvement projects. This role is critical in supporting the Red Cross property masterplan through analysing property data to identify opportunities for property acquisition, development and disposal of properties.


Additionally, the Property & Procurement Specialist will support the Procurement team through conducting procurement spend analysis, supporting tenders and ongoing supplier reporting.


What you will do day to day

  • Utilise data analytics tools to extract insights from property and procurement data, identify patterns, and develop data-driven recommendations for process improvements
  • Design and develop ongoing reports which identify improvement opportunities within both property and procurement
  • Evaluate existing property and procurement procedures and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
  • Support the implementation of procurement projects through analysing tenders, presenting recommendations and implementing new contracts 
  • Establish a system for ongoing compliance monitoring, including regular internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to property and procurement policies and procedures
  • Assist with the delivery of ARC’s ESG strategy through enhancing environmental, ethical and social issues across our supplier base and property portfolio 

 

What you will bring

  • Sound discipline knowledge in data analysis gained through experience
  • Experience in property and procurement with an understanding of key processes
  • Strong experience in project management and stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement projects and implementing new tools and systems
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining successful supplier relationships
  • Demonstratable experience utilising Microsoft office tools and a range of systems - experience with Power BI and Power Query will be beneficial
