Procurement Services 

Australian Red Cross is uplifting its Procurement function to deliver value through cost savings and streamlining processes for better experiences. Cost savings achieved, contributes to social programs for the needy and vulnerable members of society. Volunteers provide support in developing solutions that will help deliver value.

The opportunity

For this role you will need both soft skills and analytical skills. It is essential to have good communication skills and the ability to source information from internal and external stakeholders. Analytical skills will be valuable in collating data and identifying trends to identify cost savings opportunities

Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the world’s largest humanitarian network.  

The impact 

As a volunteer, you will learn about procurement methodologies hands on. You will also have the opportunity in other areas of Volunteering at Red Cross and learn from many people’s diverse history and knowledge, as well as feeling the satisfaction of giving back to others.

• For this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, which will be organised through Red Cross. 
• You will need to provide a recent copy of your CV
