As we continue to grow with new General Practitioners joining to treat more patients, we're looking for dedicated Nurses to join our Wyoming team. You'll collaborate with an experienced group of nurses and General Practitioners in our state-of-the-art facility, delivering exceptional, comprehensive care to our patients.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles.

• Registered and Enrolled – Part Time and Casual
• Chronic Disease Management – Full Time/Part Time
• Practice Nurse Manager – Full Time

Your Responsibilities
Depending on the role, you’ll be involved in:

• Conducting health assessments
• Administering vaccines and performing post-vaccination monitoring
• Triaging patients and managing emergency situations
• Assisting GPs with minor procedures
• Coordinating and maintaining patient clinical data
• Performing wound dressings and suture removal
• Providing health education and coaching to support patients in achieving their health goals
• Guide nurses, deliver top care, and thrive in a supportive, state-of-the-art clinical environment.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
• Proven experience in General Practice or an acute care setting
• Knowledge of Health Assessments (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A passion for patient care and a personable, compassionate approach
• Proven Leadership and Management experience (Practice Nurse Manager)
