The Role 

We are looking for a Full Time Practice Nurse Manager to join our Dubbo practice to provide leadership and operational management to a team of Nurses, ensuring the highest standard of patient care. In this role you will work closely with the Practice Manager to maintain efficiency of the Treatment Room while training and mentoring clinical staff.  

The Tasks

• Lead & Inspire: Guide and mentor a skilled nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Elevate Patient Care: Oversee clinical procedures and ensure exceptional standards in every patient interaction.
• Mentor & Develop: Provide training and support to enhance the skills of your team.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Work alongside the Practice Manager to optimise workflows and ensure a smooth, efficient treatment room.
• Collaborate for Success: Assist GPs with health assessments, management plans, and practice performance.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Strong leader with proven healthcare management experience.
• Registered Nurse with experience in general practice or acute care.
• Team player with excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• Passionate professional dedicated to delivering top-tier patient care.
