Your Opportunity
We are seeking an Assistant Park Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Inverloch Holiday Park. This is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in hospitality and tourism, while being mentored by an experienced leadership team. From team coordination and guest services to administration and after-hours response, no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Do
• Lead your team to ensure guests enjoy a high standard of service during their stay
• Attend to after-hours callouts as required
• Assist in the collection of outstanding payments from guests and permanent residents
• Coordinate staff including rostering, performance management, and recruitment
• Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting and supporting the financial aspects of the park

What You’ll Bring
• Previous experience as a manager or team leader within hospitality or tourism
• Strong administration and computer skills
• Experience in developing, mentoring, and leading team members
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of financial practices and controls
• A can-do attitude and the drive to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional guest experiences
