About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Grounds and Maintenance Officer to help keep our community in top condition. If you take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, repairing facilities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, this could be the perfect role for you

What You’ll Do

• Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces (mowing, weeding, hedging, etc.).
• Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance across the community.
• Keep communal areas clean and tidy, including pressure washing and waste removal.
• Safely store and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals.
• Assist with trade coordination and community event setups when required.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in maintenance, gardening, landscaping or handyman roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required on a rotating roster.
