About the Location

Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This position is full-time, 38 hours per week. 

What You’ll Do

• Maintain public open spaces and gardens to a high standard (lawns, hedging, pruning, weeding, mulching, replanting).
• Perform general repairs and maintenance across accommodation and communal areas.
• Manage grounds and maintenance budget and report financial concerns.
• Coordinate servicing and repairs of tools/equipment; maintain maintenance register.
• Empty rubbish bins and maintain cleanliness of public areas, including pool (if applicable).
• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests and escalate when needed.
• Maintain respectful, professional conduct at all times.
• Overnight shifts and weekend work required.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a similar grounds/maintenance role.
• Full 'C' class driver’s licence.
• Strong leadership, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Available for weekend and overnight shifts.
