Community Sales Associate

About the Role
We are looking for an engaging and community driven Sales Associate to join our residential sales team and drive the growth of our Lifestyle Communities in the region. You will support the success of the community by ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and prospective home buyers.

Key Accountabilities

Partner across the business (Development, Operations, Marketing and Asset Service teams) to achieve required commercial outcomes.

Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.

Assist in the development of the project marketing plans, specifically advising on market trends, competitive activity and promotional strategy.

Achieve monthly sales targets in line with project budget.

Provide support to fellow Sales Managers in other regions for specific launch events.

Develop and leverage project customer database to achieve required commercial outcomes and sales budget.

Manage the sales administration function (CRM, contract preparation) and sales reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.

External promotion of the sales product, Residential Parks and Lifestyle brand (or other portfolio brand) in the local area market via sponsorships, local events and wider community presence to achieve commercial outcomes.

Exceptional client relationship management from initial enquiry, deposit and settlement to achieve commercial outcomes.

Be an active part of the local community and nurture client relationships from lead generation to contract execution.
About You

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with a CRM is preferable.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work within a team environment.

Ability to liaise across a wide range of external stakeholders positively and proactively.

Strong local area knowledge and contacts within the senior communities.
