We are seeking a dedicated Village Manager for The Pines Village in Ellenbrook. This full-time role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations and compliance, while ensuring an outstanding resident experience.

- Assist in budget planning, optimizing maintenance programs, and managing capital works.

Who You Are:
You may have experience in operational management, property management, retirement living, aged care, hospitality, retail, sales or a similar customer-facing sector. Your leadership skills, problem solving attitude and relationship management expertise, will help you thrive in this role, as will:
- An energetic and enthusiastic leader who can juggle multiple tasks.
- Customer-centric, prioritising the needs and satisfaction of our residents, with a genuine passion for working with seniors
- Experienced in strata management, property management, procurement and contract management are advantageous
- Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of retirees.
- Resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with grace.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet)
The successful candidate will have or be willing to complete their First Aid, CPR Certificates and driver's license with own transport.
