About the Team & Role.
As a Global Buildings Project Coordinator, you will be the connective tissue that keeps our internal strategic initiatives on track. Reporting into the Global Contracts Administrator, you will work across time zones and teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and coordination in every facet of our global capital works projects. You’ll be a key driver in standardising processes, enhancing project delivery, and ensuring our documentation and systems support the team's success.
What you’ll be doing
Internal Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist in planning and delivering global internal projects that enhance operational efficiency.
- Help develop and manage standardised process flows, templates, and policies across regions and campuses.
- Maintain master plans, project roadmaps, and documentation for capital projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth communication throughout all project phases.
- Consolidate and analyse data from multiple global regions to support strategic decisions.
- Support the creation and maintenance of global standards and accessible documentation.
- Assist in rolling out and managing project management systems and tools.
- Keep the Global Buildings Hub updated with current resources, procedures, and guidelines.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Contribute to regular leadership reports that highlight progress, risks, and resource needs.
- Collaborate with regional teams to collect project data, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks.
- Ensure alignment and engagement with stakeholders across geographies and disciplines.
Continuous Improvement & Efficiency
- Identify and recommend improvements to global processes and workflows.
- Provide feedback on inefficiencies and support the rollout of operational enhancements.
- Help develop training materials and documentation to reinforce best practices and continuous learning.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in project coordination or project management within a global or complex organizational environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A strong understanding of construction or capital works project lifecycles an advantage.
