We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a 6-month FIXED-TERM full-time basis. Based in the Sydney CBD.

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a role focused on Resident Management transactional processing. This position is key to ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and business requirements, while delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely service.

About you:

You are a customer-focused professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and proactive approach
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of transactions and complex queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Experience in customer-oriented shared service environments managing high volumes and high complexity of transactions is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, team members, and internal stakeholders
  • Proven experience in using accounting and accounts receivable systems, with strong Excel and analytical skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to ongoing growth and change
  • Experience supporting or contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
  • A team-oriented mindset and a vibrant, can-do attitude
