Are you a talent acquisition pro who thrives on variety, strategy, and high-impact work? We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Partner to join the Opal HealthCare Talent Team to manage a portfolio of corporate and project-based recruitment across our business.

This isn’t your standard recruitment role - you’ll be at the forefront of strategic hiring projects that fuel our growth, improve our systems, support compliance, and deliver high-performing teams. You’ll build deep partnerships with senior leaders, uncover top talent through market mapping and headhunting, and play a key role in shaping our workforce of the future.

What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for our corporate recruitment
  • Lead special project recruitment aligned with business priorities (think growth, transformation, compliance)
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through headhunting and talent mapping
  • Partner closely with head office stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver results
  • Support and onboard new team members to set them up for success
  • Cover key roles across hub portfolios as needed
