We’re now looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Advisor to join our growing national People & Culture team in a role that offers great variety, strong support, and true impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create and advertise job vacancies across multiple channels
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for aged care and health-related roles
• Support hiring managers and General Managers throughout the recruitment process
• Manage pre-employment checks and visa sponsorships
• Build strong candidate pipelines and talent pools
• Contribute to projects including graduate programs, assessment centres, acquisitions, SBATs & traineeships
• Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns and initiatives
• Deliver training and recruitment process guidance to internal teams
