The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Care Manager to join our supportive team at Chelsea Parkside Care Community. As Care Manager, you will:

• Lead and support a dedicated team of clinical professionals
• Work closely with the General Manager to uphold and enhance clinical governance

• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

About You:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated clinical leadership or management experience in aged care or a similar setting
• Passion for empowering teams and delivering person-centred care
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine desire to enrich the lives of older Australians
