The Opportunity

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for the Relief Administration Coordinator role across Victoria. In this full-time, permanent position, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support to our Care Communities—filling in during staff leave, recruitment periods, or transitional times.

You’ll also play a key role in training and mentoring new team members while ensuring alignment with Opal’s standards, systems, and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Step into Care Communities in a relief capacity, supporting day-to-day operations
  • Lead, coach and support administrative teams to maintain high-performance standards
  • Manage core functions such as rosters, recruitment, filing systems, and compliance
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing support for new and current team members
  • Collaborate with General Managers to embed Opal’s vision, values, and best practices
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in administrative workflows and systems
  • Ensure compliance with WH&S requirements and emergency management protocols

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in administration management or coordination
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to support and mentor others
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to prioritise in a dynamic and multi-site working environment
  • Willingness to travel across multiple Care Communities within Victoria
