Relief Customer Support Manager - Multiple Care Communities in the Metro Area

We’re currently seeking a permanent, full-time Relief Customer Support Manager to join our Regional Relationship Team at Opal HealthCare. Covering regions from Warrnambool (West) through Melbourne (Central) to Lakes Entrance (East), these roles support a network of 53 Care Communities.
What You'll Do:
- Support our Care Communities across Victoria as Relief and assist with new Customer Support Manager training and onboarding.
- Act as the first point of contact for new customer enquiries
- Conduct personalised tours of our Care Community, providing a warm and informative experience for prospective residents and families
- Manage the sales pipeline and customer journey to maximise occupancy and service uptake
- Implement sales initiatives that enhance conversion and promote our additional service offerings
- Support service excellence by monitoring feedback and maintaining high customer standards
- Assist with reception and administration tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You:
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Administration roles preferred
- Background in Hotel, Duty or Property Management is highly regarded
- Friendly, professional communication style with strong customer service skills
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with ease
- Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and supporting older Australians
