About the Role

• Location: Paynesville, Gippsland, VIC
• Type: Full-time, 38 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends)
• Salary: $83K–$90K TRP (incl. 11.5% super), based on experience

As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals tailored to our residents’ needs and preferences. You’ll design seasonal menus, ensure food safety compliance, and create memorable dining experiences.

What You’ll Need

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Proven experience in a Head Chef or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of food safety standards
• Passion for aged care and resident-focused service
