About the role:

We’re seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the delivery of major brownfield and greenfield aged care projects. Based at our Sydney CBD home office, this role will manage projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard aligned with our business objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Property Development, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of aged care environments that support the wellbeing and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of major developments
• Oversee design, planning, and approvals to meet functional and commercial goals
• Manage project reporting, stakeholder engagement, and governance
• Coordinate tendering, contract negotiation, and construction delivery
• Drive continuous improvement and post-completion reviews

What you’ll bring:

• 7-10 years’ experience in property or architectural project management (ideally aged care, health, hospitality or residential)
• Proven delivery of large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
• Tertiary qualification in property, construction, or related field
• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and contractor management skills
