About the role:

Join Opal HealthCare in a pivotal property leadership role driving brownfield development and major refurbishments that improve the lives of older Australians. As Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of capital projects ensuring scope, budget, compliance and design excellence are met across a complex, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of development projects from business case through to handover
• Oversee project scope, cost, timelines and quality assurance in line with governance standards
• Lead design management, ensuring alignment with financial, functional and compliance outcomes
• Engage and manage consultants, contractors and local authorities to ensure timely approvals
• Prepare detailed reports for investment and development committees
• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance across all phases of project delivery
• Conduct post-completion reviews to drive continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• 7-10+ years’ experience in property or architectural project management
• Strong working knowledge of BCA, NCC, WHS and building compliance
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts and multidisciplinary teams
• Tertiary qualification in property, construction or a related field
