Operations Support Officer | Office of the CEO

About Role
The Operations Support Officer role will report to the EA on a day-to-day basis and will support the OCEO in driving key events and strategic initiatives such as Senior Leaders Forum, Spotlight events, Executive Team Building Days and other small activation projects. They will provide support to the Executive Assistant with planning, coordination and execution of administration activities for the OCEO ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures. Success in this role will ultimately be measured by overall improved OCEO project success, business alignment, prioritisation and value to help SSI positively increase its community impact.
About You
You will have a demonstrated track record in a personal assistant, operations support or general administration role. You will have a passion for detail, organisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in using MS office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A highly resourceful team-player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient
