About the opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Support Analyst to join our Sydney based dynamic IT team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our internal staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services.
Your duties will include the following:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 apps, network drives, and other IT systems and applications.
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and upgrading of IT equipment and software.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Document and track issues and resolutions using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement new technologies and solutions.
- Provide training and support to users on various IT systems and applications.
About you:
- Deliver outstanding support and offer first-level technical assistance, ensuring top-notch service and prompt resolution of issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
- Familiarity with Always on VPN (AOVPN), and GSA is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
