We’re looking for a Relief Building Manager to provide support to sites across Sydney. This isn’t your typical Relief role, we look for experienced managers who can provide exemplary service whilst other Building Managers are on leave.

Your role:

• Conduct thorough inspections of common areas, setting the bar high for safety and compliance standards.
• Crafting detailed reports and highlighting case developments, turning data into stories that drive decision-making
• Supervise service providers with a keen eye, guaranteeing excellence in every job.
• Offer sage advice at committee meetings
• Report to the Area Manager on opportunities for improvement at each site you visit
