Administration and Business Support Officer

Status: Permanent Part-Time (14 hours per week)

Salary: $75,691 - $87,045 per annum pro rata + 11.5% superannuation

Purpose:

To provide administrative and business support functions at Moverly Children’s Centre.

About the role: 

• Maintain up to date financial records and receipting for the Centre
• Maintain accurate and up to date data and record keeping
• Enrolment and waiting list management, documentation, and communication

About you:

• Demonstrated organisational skills
• Strong customer focus
• Demonstrated financial monitoring and reporting
