Status: Maximum fixed term full-time for 6 months (35 hours per week)

Salary: From $55,977 per annum pro rata + 11.5% superannuation

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Integrated Transport team to assist in all traffic engineering, transport planning, parking management and sustainable transport duties in a full-time position for six months. This role will challenge and develop your decision-making skills and provide scope to gain experience in local government civil engineering practices. 

 

To be considered for the position, you will have the following:

  • Currently undertaking a tertiary undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering (post grad or Masters will not be considered)
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to exercise initiative with a strong commitment to learn.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
