The role:
To provide support to the Business Capability team to maintain, develop and modify our systems and processes predominantly in reference to the ERP system, SAP.
You will be supported in delivering these key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with procedures.
- Ensure the integrity of SAP data is maintained at all times in the areas of: Material Management, Maintenance, Quality Notifications, Licencing and Purchasing.
- Maintain files of change requests to support compliance audits and business sign-off.
- Ensure SAP user maintenance requests comply with documented procedures and processes.
- Producing ad-hoc reports and responses to requests.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Functional Analysts Team Leader.
The Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science (Or currently studying and graduating in 2025).
- Ability to work independently or in a team as needed
- Customer Service experience is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong personal organisation and time management skills
- Strong customer focus and team orientation
