Sales Coordinator - Leisure

Our Sales gurus, who roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to reel in repeat business and find new accounts, have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Sales Coordinator (full time) to support our Leisure team based at TFE Hotels, Head Office.
About the role:
As the Sales Coordinator you’re the go-to support superstar of our leisure team, and the expert in taking care of business with a smile! Your administrative prowess and organisation skills know no bounds. You assist in everything from maintaining databases, preparing powerful presentations, updating monthly reports, chasing up invoices, or planning events to supporting special projects and driving the team to achieve results.
This is a highly administrative role – you’re the gatekeeper in ensuring everyone receives the right information at the right time, in the correct format, and tracked as appropriate to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide daily administration support to the leisure and sales teams.
- Assist with the preparation of tenders & RFPs, contracts, reporting & database management.
- Follow up on business leads/competitor leads for each hotel.
- Assist in the organisation of industry functions, hotel promotions/events, and Trade Shows.
- Assist with regular consultant updates and product presentations
About You:
- Previous experience in sales support, client liaison or a similar role/position with transferable skills (Hotel experience desirable)
- Advanced administration and organisation skills.
- High level attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while effectively prioritising competing demands.
- Excellent grammar, proof reading and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident to deliver presentations.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
- Experience in Opera and Sales Connect (desirable)
- Strong skills in database management
- Full time permanent working rights in Australia
