Group Reservations Coordinator

Sure, we help build the dream. But it’s our Group Reservations Coordinator, based at Adina Hotel Anzac Square, Brisbane that turns that daydreamed experience into reality. From a mere thought into a confirmed booking.

About the role….

You will have a passion for customer service, be inquisitive and persuasive, and offer a caring nature.  Your engaging phone manner and problem-solving skills will ensure you play a pivotal role in the overall hotel “guest experience”.

About you…….

• Min. 18 months of reservations or front office experience (with exposure to group reservations)
• Outstanding organisation and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently and with accuracy in a busy environment
• Previous experience with either Opera or Protel (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• A positive attitude and the ability to influence guest decisions
• Availability to work weekends or weekdays (essential)
