If you're organised, customer-focused, and thrive in the thick of the action – this is your moment. We’re on the hunt for a Service Coordinator who’s ready to be the heartbeat of our Specialisation Service Operations at one of William Adams’ busiest branches.

This is no ordinary desk job. Reporting to the Specialisation Supervisor, you’ll be the crucial link between customers, technicians, and departments – juggling workflows, managing scheduling, fielding technical queries, and ensuring work orders are delivered on time, on spec, and with excellence.

We’re looking for someone who brings precision, pace, and people skills. A mechanical trade background and experience in planning, scheduling, or data entry will give you a flying start – but what really counts is your drive to make things happen and your passion for exceptional service.

At William Adams, this isn’t just another role – it’s the next step in a meaningful career. We back our people with a culture built on support, trust, and progression. Leadership opportunities are real, and the pathways are clear.

With nearly a century of experience as a proud Caterpillar dealer, we’re building the next 100 years of excellence. Ready to be part of it?
