Student Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the local team to address the students' needs and support inclusive instruction.
• Maintain accurate records of the student's progress and activities.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• B.C. Teaching Certificate preferred
• Experience working with ASD individuals
• Experience working with individuals with diverse needs
• Familiarity with augmented communication devices is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the student's educational and personal development.
