Your responsibilities:
• Carry out routine maintenance and repair work in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and work with external facility management and contractors
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and safety checks
• Respond quickly to urgent repair requests to minimize downtime and guest inconvenience
• Support all hotel departments by addressing technical needs and maintaining a safe environment
• Report hazards, near-misses, and incidents immediately to uphold workplace safety
• Manage tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies efficiently
