As an F&B Supervisor at TFE Hotels, you are responsible for all culinary areas from the start, set standards, and ensure their implementation with full accountability. You sensitively supervise your team members. You coordinate and delegate tasks across all service periods and ensure the area setup meets internal department guidelines with a trained eye. As a true team leader, you pass these guidelines and service processes on to the entire team through training.
