Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is on the lookout for a hands-on, driven Supervisor to take the lead in one of our Open Space Maintenance teams – right here in Porirua!

 

This is a unique, multi-faceted role working within our Open Spaces. It requires an organised dynamic person with a go-getter attitude and passion for their work.  This is your chance to shape a high-performing team, drive innovation, and lead the growth of a substantial and thriving business.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga:

  • 5+ years of experience (and/or relevant qualifications) in Open Space management.
  • A natural communicator who knows how to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and get things done.
  • A problem-solver who loves rolling up your sleeves and coming up with practical solutions that deliver value.
  • An expert in Health & Safety – you understand the importance of mitigating risks and keeping everyone safe.

 

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga

  • Lead the Porirua Operations: Oversee commercial success, drive performance, and ensure efficient service delivery across maintenance contracts.
  • Drive Growth & Innovation: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities while introducing cutting-edge service lines to enhance customer value.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Develop and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Shape Strategic Directions: Develop and execute operational plans that align with Citycare Property’s goals, ensuring profitability and growth in the region.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships, set high service standards, and resolve issues swiftly to maintain strong stakeholder satisfaction.
