This role will be responsible for | Ko tēnei tūranga ka noho haepapa mō
- Requesting and processing work order requests.
- Coordinating multi-trade work orders and scheduling appointments with clients and tenants.
- Overseeing job KPI’s to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensuring job data accuracy for compliance and claims.
- Supporting policy implementation and process improvements, while promoting a customer-focused, safe work environment.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and clients as necessary, including sound knowledge of their systems.

- Experience in a similar role preferred
- High degree of accuracy, timeliness & attention to detail is essential
- Proactive and self-motivated – looking to do things to support and improve contract efficiency and performance
- High level of professional and personal integrity with the ability to get on well with other people - ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Results focused with a proven ability to prioritise tasks
