- Business Partnering: Partner with leaders to provide high quality, timely and practical advice and coaching, on things people and culture related.
- Performance: Empower leaders to proactively manage employee performance by proactive addressing challenges, bridging skill gaps, and celebrating high achievers, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.
- Employment Relations: Deliver timely, practical, and high-impact advice that empowers leaders to navigate challenges confidently and make sound decisions.
- Industrial Relations: Support collective bargaining negotiations and activities, union relationship management, reviewing collective terms and conditions to identify areas for improvement or risk.
- Talent: Partner with leaders to deliver strategic objectives around workforce planning, succession, and change management.
- Organisational Development: Drive impactful people initiatives across your portfolio, helping to shape a thriving workplace culture and elevate the employee experience.
