Facilities Maintenance Manager
Ready to take the lead in a role where every day is a new challenge? We are searching for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team in Christchurch and help drive our success to new heights.

As our Facilities Maintenance Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a dedicated team, managing contracts, overseeing daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Financial Acumen: Utilise your financial expertise to manage assets, track performance, and ensure budget compliance, keeping us ahead of the competition.
  • Operational Performance: Lead continuous improvement efforts across facilities management, ensuring optimal performance at all levels.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, fostering long-lasting, trusted relationships.
  • Contract Management: Oversee and negotiate key contracts to ensure service excellence, focusing on cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Asset Management: Take responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the value of assets, ensuring their long-term viability.
  • Safety First: Champion health and safety, leading by example to create a safe and secure environment for all.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing complex tasks in high-pressure environments.
  • Facilities Management Expertise: Strong background in overseeing operations within budget and delivering on performance goals, with a solid understanding of FM contract management.
  • Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking professional with a focus on driving growth and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and sustain strong, trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Skilled in managing budgets, optimising financial performance, and driving profitability while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Contract Expertise: Extensive experience in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and achieving service excellence.
  • Asset Management: In-depth knowledge of asset management, with the ability to optimise asset value and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Operational Excellence: A proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and achieving exceptional results.
