The opportunity!
Are you a skilled Machine Operator looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your role into a career? Then we want to hear from you! Training programmes and development pathways are available! We have multiple roles available! 

What we can offer:

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

• Morning & afternoon shifts available! 

• Overtime and allowances!

What you're there to do:

• Glass processing to specifications

• Safe manual handling of glass

• Loading and unloading methods

• Adhering to production targets

• Participating and contributing to site safety

Skills & experience you'll bring:

• At least 1 year experience working in glass manufacturing or a warehouse environment is advantageous

• Forklift Licence is advantageous

• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, being able to analyse and solve problems

• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing terms such as DIFOT and MIFOT is advantageous

• Mechanical aptitude and approach to problem solving

• Good attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to follow instructions

• Effective communication

• Physical fitness is required as some manual lifting is involved
