The opportunity!

This is a hands-on role glass processing role working in a team to ensure safe, efficient and effective operations of various plant equipment. This role is Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.30pm.

What you're there to do:

• Glass processing to specifications
• Safe manual handling of glass
• Loading and unloading methods
• Participating and contributing to site safety
• General management of inward and outward goods
• Shipping container devanning 

Skills & experience you'll bring:

• Overhead Crane experience is essential
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, being able to analyse and solve problems
• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing terms such as DIFOT is advantageous 
• Mechanical aptitude and approach to problem solving
• Good attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
• Effective communication
• Physical fitness is required as some manual lifting is involved
