About the Team & Role

Play a pivotal role in supporting the high performance of the Global Digital Learning Team. This position is responsible for supporting the effective implementation, administration, and development of digital learning tools and resources. The Digital Learning Manager will collaborate with regional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital learning standards and practices.

What you’ll be doing

Technical Support/Administration:

• Technical testing and integration of global Digital Learning tools and product updates.
• Implementation and monitoring of global standards for digital tools.
• Generate data-insights and liaise with regions to identify patterns, issues and solutions.
• Canvas and wider digital tool technical problem solving.
• Undertake Canvas architecture updates for global courses.
• GAI functionality testing.
• Manage Leavers and Movers and role permissions within global digital tools.

Digital Competency Development:

• Coordination and creation of engaging and relevant content for digital learning training.
• Share information and resources on product updates with the Digital Learning Administrator (DLA) for publication on OSG Connect/Global Hub.
• Maintain the Global Assignment Library.
• Liaise with Global Teacher Academy department to add content and to courses.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with regional Digital Platform Managers (DPM) to identify patterns of digital tool administration that can be improved.
• Communicate known issues/troubleshooting guides to DPMs timely and as required.
• Work with global IT department to troubleshoot/support implementation of digital tools.

Reporting and Monitoring:

• Liaise with data team to create custom reporting for global student Canvas programme.
• Work with Global Digital Learning Assistant (DLA) to provide Global Director of Digital Learning (GDDL) with reports of usage data for global digital platforms.
• Work with DLA to provide GDDL with rostering/administration hygiene reports for digital tools.

What you’ll bring

Essential:

• Experience in digital tool administration.

• Experience of digital content creation.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Canvas LMS and administration of digital tools.

• Strong understanding of digital tools and their application in educational settings.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal colleagues.

Desirable:

• Experience in Canvas administration.

• Further training or qualifications in digital tool administration.
